Please be encouraged to support your child's healthy eating habits, so that they are aware that in order to be a champion athlete, they must think, train and eat like champion athletes!

You must re-hydrate the body, as it will lose many important properties when running, training and conditioning. Fuel your body up with plenty of water. Make water the preferred drink at mealtimes, and snack-time.

Kids need fruit: Certain fruits have essential vitamins that boost energy, improve the immune system, and re-hydrate the body. (Fruit contains water)

We currently practice at Williams Middle School. Address: NA, Rockwall, <Zip code>. Practices are held each Mon/Tues/Thurs at 6:30 - 8:15 pm.

We have started our Spring Raffle Ticket Fundraiser: We sold 150 tickets last year as a team. We have set a goal of selling 200 tickets this year. Please help us reach our goal. The winners will receive a $75 Gift Card, a $50 Gift Card or a $25 Gift Card. The drawing will take place on 5/27. The raffle tickets are $5 each. If you would like to purchase tickets please hit the donate button to the left. Once we get the receipt your name will be placed on the ticket and go into the bucket.
